Club West Lakes offers a range of services and facilities allowing us to cater for everything from intimate gatherings to large engagements, birthdays and weddings. We have 2 main areas available for hiring for your private or corporate events, with smaller areas available on request. Below you will find the two options available for hall hire as well as specifics of each hall, current hiring prices and terms and conditions of hire.

The Norm Gibson Hall
The Norman Gibson Hall has a capacity of 120. The Norm Gibson Hall is a BYO area, where you can bring your own food and drink. It has access to a smaller kitchenette area. We can help you organise your function and catering and setup staff are available. Please ask us for costs and details.
The Main Hall
Our main hall area includes bar facilities/staff, main kitchen use and can accommodate over 200. Smaller functions are offered a “no hiring charge” arrangement if they would like to hold their function on a Friday night.
