The Main Hall is situated at the eastern end of Club West Lakes and overlooks the bowling greens and Hawkesbury Reserve.  Through large bifold doors the decked area is accessed, with sit down tables and tall tables.  A large BBQ is in this area, if required.

The Main Hall has 3 areas and each can be closed off or left open, and can accommodate up to 300 people.  We have a carpeted area on the northern side, a parquetry area on the southern side and a “Members area” on the eastern side.  The Members area has smaller tables with lounge chairs, whilst the other areas have round tables that will sit up to 10.  You can set up one or more of these areas to your liking.

Our recently refurbished bar is included in this area.  This is not a BYO area, and our bar must be used.  We will supply professional staff to look after your needs.  Drink packages are available – discuss the details of your requirements with our Operations Manager.

We can also help you with your catering needs.  You have the option of using our catering facility or bringing in your own caterer.  Ask our Operations Manager for more details.

Having a small function get together??  

We offer free hire if you have a small function on Friday night.  Conditions apply, so check with our friendly staff for details.

We have Bistro meals on Friday nights at the club.  All are welcome.  If you wish to reserve a table then just call.  Our Jackpot draw is conducted on a Friday night as well.  There are 4 prizes, with the first prize a chance to pick the Joker for a substantial cash prize.

SHORT TERM HIRING

Short term hiring is available in these areas for your committee meeting/forum.  From 1 – 3 hours.  This area holds a larger number so is ideal for information meetings etc. or you can use just one of the areas mentioned.  Catering, refreshments can be organised through our Operations Manager.  We have a number of spaces available so let us know your requirements and we can advise you.   We have a PA system available and our TV screens can be linked to your computer.

NOT FOR PROFIT FUNCTIONS? 

We can help you with your fundraising efforts.  We have hosted large quiz nights, dinner dances, meals and can help you with your event.  We offer a discounted hire fee for Not for Profit Fundraising events.

The main kitchen is also available for your use in this area.  We have a large oven/stove, bain marie, pie warmer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery available.  Your inspection of our facilities in this area is welcome.
