The NGH is located at the western end of Club West Lakes and has a separate entrance from the carpark. The NGH is not a licensed area, so is available for BYO functions only – no alcohol can be sold from this area.

The NGH incorporates the hall, which can hold up to 130 people, a kitchen area with a large fridge, pie warmer, oven and microwave available for your use.  You will have access to the undercover verandah area, both north-side and westside of the building, which have stationery tables and chairs. 

You can set up the NGH to your desired plan.  There are trestle tables and chairs for your use and, depending on usage in the main area, round tables are available.

This is a self catering area, with space for BBQ’s, Spits, food truck etc.  You can be as relaxed or formal as you like. 


Short term hiring is available for your committee meeting/forum.  From 1 – 3 hours.  Our facility lends itself to your short term meeting requirements, with various rooms/spaces available to accommodate large or small events. Catering, refreshments can be organised.  Talk to our Operations Manager about your needs.


We can help you with your fundraising efforts.  We have hosted large quiz nights, dinner dances, meals etc. and can accommodate large fundraising functions.  We offer a discounted hire fee for Not for Profit Fundraising events.

SECURITY COSTS The requirement for security is at the discretion of the LSCC Management.  cost TBA.

DO YOU REQUIRE A LIMITED LIQUOR LICENSE, please answer the following questions?

1.      Are your guests paying a cover charge or donation and alcohol is served, or guests BYO alcohol e.g. bucks night, quiz night?  Y/ N

2.      Are your guests contributing towards buying alcohol, such as social club fees?           Y / N

3.      Are alcohol samples going to be given or offered, e.g. wine tasting?                            Y / N

4.      Is alcohol being provided at a business function where the organiser may obtain a financial benefit, such as functions with the intent of increasing or maintaining their client base e.g. networking event, VIP event, corporate event?  Y / N            

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, you are required to obtain a Limited Liquor Licence from SA Government Business and Consumer Services: at least 14 days before the day of event and a copy is to be provided to Club West Lakes Management before on the day of the event. Noting a government fee is required on application.
